Shipping policy
1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 2 weeks after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
All orders are shipped with free standard shipping and expected to arrive within 5-7 business days of shipping. Expedited shipping is not available.
3. DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. P.O. box addresses are accepted. International shipping is not currently available.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at shop.visit.org or directly on the carrier's website.
6. SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Visit.org is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
8. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at impact@visit.org. We will do our best to intercept the shipment, but cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed.
9. SHIPPING DELAYS
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
