Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with us. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
1. CANCELLATION WINDOW
We understand that plans change. Orders may be cancelled within 21 days of the purchase date. Cancellations requested after this period may not be eligible for a refund. To request a cancellation or refund, contact us at impact@visit.org with your order number. Cancellations are not considered confirmed until you receive written acknowledgment from us.
3. REFUND POLICY
Refunds for orders cancelled within the Cancellation Window are issued to the original payment method minus the original shipping cost and a restocking fee of 3%. Prepaid return shipping labels are provided. Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned items. We will notify you once your return has been received and your refund has been issued.
4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a full refund. We reserve the right to assess the condition of returned items before processing any refund.
5. NO EXCHANGES
We do not offer product exchanges of any kind. If you wish to obtain a different item, a new purchase must be made.
4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at impact@visit.org within 48 hours of delivery. We will review claims on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
5. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team may result in a permanent ban from our store.
