What are Impact Kits?
Impact Kits are volunteer activities in a box that help teams support nonprofits through hands-on projects. Each kit includes all materials and instructions needed to assemble items that will be donated to communities in need.

How does it work?
- Choose a kit that supports a cause your team cares about.
- We ship everything you need to your location.
- Your team assembles the kits together.
- Send the completed kits back using the prepaid return label.
- We then deliver them to the nonprofit partner.
What’s included in each kit?
Every Impact Kit includes:
- All materials needed for the activity
- Step by step instructions
- Packaging materials
- Prepaid return shipping label
No additional supplies are required.
How are nonprofits selected?
Our team works with nonprofit partners to understand their most urgent needs. Each Impact Kit is designed to provide supplies that directly support their programs and the communities they serve.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 weeks after checkout. Tracking information will be sent once your order is on the way.
What group sizes are the kits designed for?
Impact Kits are designed for groups of 10 people or more. There is no maximum group size.
Do we need to ship the kits to the nonprofit?
No. After your team assembles the kits, simply pack them in the original box and use the prepaid return shipping label. We handle delivery to the nonprofit partner.
Can remote teams participate?
Yes. Impact Kits are shipped to one address.
If your team is distributed, you can still participate by receiving the kits at a central location and then sending them to team members yourself before the activity.
What is the refund policy?
